Brute I have directed my scientists to get even more out of the mutating process, so as to make the Brute a bit harder to kill. His destructive abilities now improve markedly when elite. This new genetic blueprint seems to have created a Brute which is even more aggressive. He will now rush on his own to destroy enemies at greater distances, so keep a tight rein on him. As already described, the Genetic Mutator no longer produces Brutes, but instead produces a variant known simply as the Mutation.

Psi Corps Trooper (Yuri Clone) The fool Romanov believed that my psychic followers were mere clones of myself. He was unable to understand that I held the secret of psychic training to bring out latent abilities in some individuals. Now it is time for the truth to be known! From this day forward, my loyal adepts will be more accurately known as Psi Corps Troopers. To make the Psi Corps even more useful to you, I have trained them to be able to detect the presence of submerged naval units. Their psychic detection range is limited in this regard, so position them close to the water's edge if you wish to take advantage of this ability. Note that they won't be able to mind-control the units they detect, unless those units have been forced to surface. Virus This delightful lady has served me very well. It is a pity her psychic abilities are all but nonexistent. I have done what I could to enhance them, and have succeeded in giving her the ability to see through the disguises used by Spies. This is fortunate since Spies can no longer fall victim to our mind-control. Be sure to deploy a Virus or three in your base to guard against enemy infiltration. Another benefit of her greater mental discipline is that Virus won't be distracted any longer by tanks or base defenses that attack her, and won't waste time retaliating when there's little she can do against them anyway. Instead she will single-mindedly kill enemy infantry, which is the purpose for which she is trained. Be aware that in order to train Virus now, you will need our superior Radar facility instead of any side's radar.

Spy Our foolish enemies think they can keep secrets from me! Both the Allies and the Soviets have developed a new type of Spy, which is immune to mind-control, and also does not appear on our radar screens. Naturally, once they know how to do this, then by definition, I possess the knowledge required to train these Spies as well. I trust you will use this new weapon I have placed at your disposal to its best advantage. New effect: A Spy will make use of unused voice sounds when ordered to infiltrate a building.

Yuri (Prime) My mind grows stronger with each passing day. I have used my psychic powers to make myself stronger and harder to kill. Perhaps more importantly, I have trained myself to establish new mind-control links more frequently, allowing me to switch control from enemy unit to enemy unit much faster. In expanding my powerful mind, I have also added the ability to detect submerged naval units, and to take control of them even while they are concealed beneath the waves. No one can hide from me.
