Defenses.
AI players strive to build more defensive structures, and since such buildings are half-price
in CannisRules, they are more quickly replaced when destroyed.
Allied AI builds more than one Gap Generator, and French AI builds more than one Grand Cannon (in
Beyond Revenge game modes, French AI builds more than one Grand Rapier also).
The AI will wall in the same buildings that it does in the unmodified game, but it builds its walls 'smarter', and therefore won't choke its
base with interlocking and spanning walls anymore.
Soviet AI will strive to garrison the Battle Bunkers that it builds, and Yuri AI will strive to fill the Tank Bunkers that it builds.
On general principles, all AI players will build patrolling AA units for base defense.
