Now that the Chrono Legionnaires in the upper left have removed the Nuclear Reactor, this large group of American Special Forces Commandos will overrun the rest of the base. Once the base is secured, the Chrono Legionnaires can take out what the Special Forces can't - the structures protected by walls.
